 150 g frozen blueberries
 15 g low fat spread/butter alternative
 75 g oats
 10 g honey
 1 tsp granulated sweetener
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 0.50 tsp cinnamon
 0.50 tsp nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 180C.

In a pan, heat the blueberries and the sweetener until defrosted and mix well.

Pour into the base of your ramekin.

In a separate bowl, work the butter, oats, seasonings and honey together into a crumble. Using your hands is the best way!

Spread the crumble mix over the blueberries and bake for 20-25 minutes until the crumble is golden and the blueberries are bubbling!

Enjoy on it's own or add some Greek yoghurt or low fat custard for some creaminess!
