 1 tbsp lemon juice 
 0.50  cucumber 
 2  garlic cloves - minced

This tzatziki recipe couldn't be easier!
Grate your cucumber and place inside a muslin cloth or tea towel and squeeze out as much water as you can. 
Then simply combine with the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
