Boneless Buffalo Wings

These make the perfect low calorie fakeaway, so no feeling restricted or left out. If you're not a fan of buffalo sauce, then try some sweet BBQ or honey mustard for a sweet alternative.

For The Wings
 2 large chicken breasts
 50 g golden breadcrumbs
 1 medium egg - whisked
 1 tsp black pepper
 1 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp salt
 0.50 tsp smoked paprika
For The Sauce
 2.50 tbsp hot sauce
 10 g low fat buttery spread
 1 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp black pepper

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and set aside.

Combine the breadcrumbs and seasoning until mixed well.

Dip the chicken into the whisked egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside on a clean plate.

Once all the chicken pieces are prepared, place in the airfryer and cook at 180C for 20-30 minutes.

Alternatively bake in the oven for 190C for 30 minutes.

The chicken should be cooked through and crispy on the outside.

For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan. Add the hot sauce and mix well.

Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces, making sure they're all evenly coated.
