Fish Fingers
Fish fingers are a childhood classic!
These are easy to make, high in protein, and go perfect with potato wedges and mushy peas! An easy substitute for your Friday night takeaway.

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Pat dry the fillets gently with a paper towel to remove any excess water.
Cut the fillets into small chunks.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs and seasoning together, and set aside.
Dip the fish pieces into the mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
Place the fish onto the prepared baking try while coating the rest.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
The fish should be cooked through and crispy on the outside.
Serve with chips and mushy peas for a low calorie fakeaway and enjoy!
