Chicken Gyros
This chicken gyros recipe takes me back to Greece..! High in protein low in calories and packed with flavour! You don't need to compromise on taste just to save some calories.

For the chicken gyros, start my rubbing the chicken breast with the garlic, mint and rosemary. Allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
I like to use a George Foreman grill to cook my chicken for the grill marks, but alternatively you could oven bake it 180C until cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, simply fill your flatbread with the tzatziki, sliced vegetables and chicken and enjoy!
