This baked apple recipe is the epitome of Autumn/Winter.. It's warming & perfect for those cold mornings when you just want something sweet.

Ready in 40 minutes, or it's perfect to prep ahead of time & bake in the morning! Plus it's high fibre content will keep you fuller for longer!

 20 g oats
 15 g low fat spread
 1 tsp cinnamon
 8 g light brown sugar

For the baked apple, begin by preheating the oven 175C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Core your apple and carve out a large well in the centre. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredient together until evenly combined. Spoon the mixture into the apple. They may be some leftover, simply top the apple with it.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the apple is tender and bubbling.

Eat as is, or add some Greek yoghurt for some creaminess!
