Bacon & Brussels Sprouts
Getting well & truly into the Christmas spirit with this recipe! Bacon & Brussels sprouts is the only way I'll be having them from now on..! Crispy, tender & flavourful! No more mushy veg on Christmas day!

To begin, prepare the bacon & brussels sprouts.
Add the bacon pieces to a large pan & heat over medium. Cook until crispy, remove from the pan & set aside.
There should be some residual bacon grease in the fan, if not then add 1 tsp of olive oil & reduce the heat to low-medium.
Add in the brussels sprouts & mix in the oil. Cover with a lid & allow to cook until they're tender.
Add back in the bacon & continue cooking until the sprouts have a nice colour on them (I like mine slightly crispy!).
Toss in the seasonings & enjoy with your favourite roast!
