Pepperoni Pizza
Craving a pepperoni pizza, but trying to stick to your diet? Problem solved!

Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the oil and 60mls of water, and mix well. It should be a soft but not sticky dough.
On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 3-5 minutes, then flatten out into a circle.
Mix the tomato puree and oregano together, then spread evenly over the base. Top with the mozzarella and the pepperoni slices.
Transfer to baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes, until the base is crispy and the cheese has melted.
