Christmas Cherry Loaf
This cherry loaf is perfect anyone that wants that Christmassy cake, but without the dried fruits! A quick & easy 1 bowl recipe.
No one should have to miss out on Christmas treats just because they're dieting! This lower calorie alternative will satisfy that sweet craving in no time!

To begin, preheat your oven to 160C.
Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder & bicarbonate of soda.
Once combined, add the remaining ingredients (bar the nuts) & mix well.
Pour your mixture into the prepared tin and top evenly with the dried nuts.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Serve warm with cream or ice-cream!
