I wanted to start Your Diet Plan because I was tired of seeing one-size-fits all plans being offered that never work long term. Having lost over 85 lbs and still being on a fat loss journey myself, I know how hard it is to find a plan that fits into your life but doesn’t become my life. I had tried the stereotypical diets (e.g. only eating salads, cutting out all “bad” foods, etc) but none of them worked. The only thing that stuck was counting calories, and then eventually my macros. I had the flexibility to change what I was eating to fit that specific day. If I wanted to have a glass of wine on a Friday night, I could easily work that into my calories. I no longer felt like I was being restricted, no more feeling left out because I was “on a diet”. Then it just stuck. Your Diet Plan came after I realised that being on a diet didn’t mean that I had to eat like I was on one. I could eat what I wanted (most of the time) and still achieve a fat loss. I have about 30 more lbs left to lose and I know exactly how I plan on doing it. No restriction, no binging, just eating flexibly in my life.


No more one size fits all nonsense. Every person has different needs, and that is why every plan should be tailored to you specifically. I take your own needs, goals and preferences into account when designing your plan, so that it fits perfectly into your life.


I have an advanced diploma in diet and nutrition and have done further studying in specifically to do with the nutrition of weight loss, but I also have lost weight. I have lost over 80lbs from using my own knowledge and experience. I know what it feels like to want to lose weight so badly, and that is what makes Your Diet Plan different.


Once you start Your Diet Plan, I am all in. I want to see you succeed and smash those goals you have set. If you need regular adjustments to your plan, then I will do it. If you need support and encouragement, I am here for you. My goal is to make sure you achieve your goals.
