Your Diet Plan differs from other health plans and weight loss services available because you get a health plan that is specific to your goals and needs. There is no one-size-fits-all nonsense. Your goals and targets are completly different to anyone elses and your plan should reflect that.

Your Diet Plan will work for you if you want it to work for you. I am here to encourage and support you throughout your weightloss journey, but you will be the one making it work. I offer regular check-ins, adjustments and all the support you need so you can hit your goals yourself.

When you are ready to sign up, simply choose the package you wish to purchase and follow the on-screen instructions. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to set up your online account and complete the registration form. Once this has been completed, I will email you to set up your initial consultation.

Your Diet Plan can work for almost everyone! Signing up is the only part you need to do alone; the rest is teamwork. Whether your goal is weight loss or simply to eat healthier, Your Diet Plan can help you achieve this. All I ask is that you are over 18 years old.

Your Diet Plan can work for everyone, however, if you have an underling health condition, you should always check with your medical professional before starting any health plan.

Your Diet Plan doesn’t offer generic meal plans. During your check-ins, I can discuss meal plan options and help you create a meal plan specific to your needs. Alternatively, you can cerate your own meal plan using one of the templates that can be found in the Resources section. I have also added a sample meal guide to help give you inspiration and find ways to hit your goals.

By offering 1-to-1 sessions, Your Diet Plan provides support, encouragement and accountability that can help you achieve your goals and keep you on track. The sessions provide an opportunity to discuss areas to work on and adjustments so your plan is constantly changing and evolving to meet your needs. While there are many online resources, the information provided is often generic and may not apply to your situation. The information I provide will specific to your needs and goals without you having to spend hours searching online and working out which information is relevant.

Eating healthier is an excellent goal to have, and does not need to be tied to weight loss. Your Diet Plan can help you achieve this by focusing on the nutrients and health aspects of different foods and ways you can introduce these into your diet.

During your first consultation, we will spend time getting to know each other and running through your registration form. We will then start discussing your food preferences and habits and talking in-depth about your goals, which will help create your initial plan. By spending this time together, I can get a well-rounded view of what you are trying to achieve and how best to help you.


Your Diet Plan doesn’t encourage cutting out any foods or food groups. All foods provide energy and nutrients as well as the enjoyment that comes from eating them. The focus should be on creating a balance of different foods, so that you form healthy food habits without “missing out” on certain things. I believe that by cutting out food groups, you deprive yourself of some of the enjoyment food can bring, leading to an unhealthy relationship with food as well as your diet seeming restrictive and more difficult. This can lead to goals not being achieved, binges and missing out on social events, creating unnecessary pressure and stress. All of this can cause a sense of failure that prevents you from progressing further and ultimately causes you to feel like you need to restart the diet, or give up completely.

I believe that all foods have a place in your diet and Your Diet Plan reflects this.
