These apple oat crumble cakes are exactly that! Similar to an apple crumble but less calories & a little more healthy. Egg free & can easily be made dairy free by swapping out the butter for a vegan alternative!

 80 g oats
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 pinch salt
 60 g honey
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 0.50 apple - cut into small cubes
 6 tbsp water

These little apple oat crumble cakes couldn't be easier!

Start by preheating the oven to 175C and line a muffin tray with 6 liners.

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl & mix well, making sure everything is evenly mixed through.

Then distribute the mixture equally into the liners and bake for 20 minutes until the top is just slightly golden and crispy.

Serve warm with some low fat cream & enjoy!
