Blueberry Baked Oats

Baked oats are a filling, high fibre breakfast option, that'll warm you up even on the coldest of Winter mornings!

The fillings can be swapped around so it's never boring! Adding fruit and chocolate can hit that sweet craving ASAP!

 40 g oats
 100 g 0% fat Greek style yoghurt
 1 egg
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tsp granulated sweetener
 40 g frozen fruit
Optional Toppings
 mini chocolate bar
 chopped nuts
 chocolate sauce

Preheat an oven to 180C.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients bar the chocolate sauce, and mix until fully combined.

Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes until the oats are golden.

Top with your favourite toppings & enjoy!
