Breakfast Hash
This breakfast hash is slightly different than usual, because I like to cube the potatoes rather than grate them! Controversial? Maybe! But it's quicker, easier & means that almost everything can be cooked in the air fryer!

This breakfast hash is super simple & easy to whip up quickly on a morning before work!
Once you've prepped the vegetables & sausages. Add them all to a bowl with the olive & seasonings - toss well making sure everything is evenly coated.
Heat a large pan over a medium heat & the sausage//veg mix. Cook until the sausages are cooked through & browned, while the potatoes should be fork tender & crispy!
Spoon onto your serving plate, top with the cheese & allow to melt. While the cheese is meting, fry the egg in the same pan as earlier (adds flavour!). I like my eggs runny, but cook as desired!
Then simply place your egg on top & enjoy!
I like adding some spicy mayo to mine, but you can use any condiment you like!
