Buffalo Sauce
Shop bought buffalo sauce can be pricy! But this recipe is only needs 4 ingredients and is ready in a matter of minutes.
Simply add less or more hot sauce depending on your heat levels, and enjoy!
I love to toss crispy chicken wings in this sauce for an extra kick of spice, or as a flavoursome dip for veggies.

To make the buffalo sauce, place a small pot over a medium heat, and add the low fat spread/butter.
Heat slowly and stir until completely melted.
Once it has melted, whisk in the remaining ingredients until combined. Make sure there are no lumps let behind.
Allow to cool, and then serve as a dipping sauce, or pour over some wings for a Summer BBQ.
