Chicken Tikka Masala

This chicken tikka masala is less calories than your local takeaway, but even more flavourful! There's no need to skip your Saturday night curry anymore.

 200 g chicken breast - cut into bitesize pieces
 30 g 0% fat Greek style yoghurt
 200 g chopped tomatoes
 1 tbsp tikka masala seasoning (recipe on the website)
 1 large onion - cut into strips
 1 tbsp olive oil
 0.50 spring onion chopped

In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, seasoning, onion and chicken together. Make sure that each pieces is evenly covered.

In a large pan, add the olive oil and heat over medium. Add the chicken mixture and cook until the chicken has browned slightly.

Add 150 mls of water and stir. Reduce the heat and simmer until the water has evaporated and chicken is cooked throughout.

Remove from the heat and stir in the yoghurt until nice and creamy.

Sprinkle with the spring onion before serving.

Serve with brown and rice and flatbreads for the perfect fakeaway!
