Yields1 ServingCategoryBreakfast

 1 sliced bun/ roll
 1 fried egg
 2 slicesof grilled bacon
 125 g drained chickpeas
 0.50 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp paprika
 6 sliced pickles

1

To make the patty, ad the chickpeas & seasoning to a blender & blitz until you have a smooth mixture (can be left slightly chunky for that extra bite!).

Shape the mixture into a round patty & set aside.

Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat & place the patties into the pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until lightly golden and crispy

2

While your patty is cooking, prep the remaining ingredients (e.g. grill the bacon, fry the egg..)

Then it's just time for assembly!

I think the perfect way to eat this is with a perfectly fried egg, that's got firm eggs but a soft & gooey yolk..

Heaven!
