Chilli Garlic Pasta
This recipe is so simple but full of flavour and heat!
Simply cut down on the chilli flakes to suit your own needs. It's perfect if you want something quick and easy but full of vegetables and spice, but low on calories.

Add your pasta to a large pot of boiling salted water.
Cook until al-dente - should still be a little firm when bitten into. Save a ladle of the pasta water for later.
In a large pan, add the olive oil, chilli flakes and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Then add the rest of the vegetables until the onions are translucent and then mushrooms and peppers have softened.
Now add the cooked drained pasta to the pan and toss gently. Add the ladle of cooked pasta water and keep stirring until everything is mixed thoroughly.
Serve with garlic bread or a side salad and enjoy!
