Yields2 ServingsCategoryBreakfast, Dessert

 50 g self-raising flour
 40 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
 15 g low fat spread
 15 tbsp sugar
 1 tsp cinammon

1

Preheat your oven to 170C.

For the cinnamon bites, begin by adding your flour and yoghurt to a large bowl and mix together. It should form a soft but not sticky dough.
If it appears too dry add 1 tbsp of water at a time and mix well.

Add the bicarbonate of soda to a large pot of water and bring to the boil.

2

Roll the dough out into a large long sausage shape, approximately 30 cm in length. Cut into bite size pieces and set aside.

Once all your pieces are formed, add to the boiling water for 60 seconds, remove and gently pat dry.

Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

3

Meanwhile, mix together the sugar and cinnamon, and melt the low fat spread.

Remove the bites from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Drop the bites into the low fat spread and then roll in the sugar mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.

Eat warm & with some Greek yoghurt for dipping!
