 2 medium chicken breasts
 40 g plain flour
 1 tsp black pepper
 0.50 tsp salt
 1 tbsp olive oil
For The Sauce
 30 g marmalade
 2 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
 1 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp onion powder
 3 tbsp orange juice
 0.50 tsp chilli powder

In a bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper together.

Slice the chicken into bitesize pieces. Evenly coat the chicken in the flour mix, and set aside.

Add the olive oil to a large pan and heat over medium-high. Add the chicken and allow it to crisp on one side before flipping.

Continue frying until the chicken is cooked through and crispy on the outside.

Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside while making the sauce.

In a pot, add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and heat over medium-low.

You need to heat the sauce slowly until the sauce has thickened slightly and become sticky.

Pour the sauce over the crispy chicken and mix well until each piece is evenly coated.

Serve with boiled rice and enjoy!
