This curry bean burger is something that shouldn't work so well together, but it does!
Meat free and low in calories, add all your favourite burger toppings & enjoy!

 250 g drained black beans
 1 slice of low calorie bread
 1 tsp curry powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp mild chilli powder
 0.50 small onion - chopped finely
 1 tsp olive oil

In a blender, blitz the bread and seasonings together to make breadcrumbs.

Add the beans to the blender and blitz again, but leave the mixture chunky.

You may need to mash them with a fork if they get stuck in the blender.

To shape the burgers, flour your hands and form into 2 large patties (or 4 small).

Add the oil to a pan and heat over medium. Add the burgers to the pan and fry until they're brown on both sides and cooked through.

Serve with buns and your favourite burger toppings!
