 450 g Dark Chocolate
 397 g Condensed Milk
 25 g Cocoa Powder

1

Place a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Break in the chocolate and melt slightly.

2

Add the condensed milk and combine. Allow to continue to heat until it becomes a thick “marshmallow” like consistency.

3

Cover the bowl in clingfilm and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

4

Once chilled, take 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball between your hands - quite messy!

5

Place the cocoa powder into a small bowl or container. Drop the ball into the cocoa powder and roll it around to coat it entirely.

6

Best served at room temperature so they are nice and soft.

Store the truffles in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
