This falafel recipe couldn't be easier!
Simply add all the ingredients (bar the oil) into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Form into 6 patties & set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry each of the patties for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown & slightly crispy.
Serve with a fresh salad & a warm pitta!
