This egg wrap recipe couldn't be simpler! Think scrambled eggs, but even easier than that!

 2 large eggs
 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
 salt & pepper to taste

In a bowl whisk all of the ingredients together until fully combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat, then pour in your egg mixture ensuring that it evenly covers the pan.

Once it starts to set, lower the heat & cover the pan with a lid. Leave for 2 minutes or until the egg is fully cooked & set.

Then simply transfer to a plate & fill with your favourites!

I like a BLT filling, with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce & sliced tomato! But the options are literally limitless!
