French Toast
French toast.. Eggy bread.. Whatever you want to call it, it's delicious!
So many topping options, but I prefer fruit and little icing sugar!

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract and cinnamon until well combined.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Dip the slice of bread into the egg mixture, completely coating it on both sides. It should be well saturated. Continue with remaining slice.
Carefully place the bread into the pan and fry for 2 minutes on either side, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
Place on a wire rack and continue with the remining slice.
Cut the bread into triangles and begin layering with the sliced banana and raspberries.
Finish with a drizzle of chocolate spread and a little icing sugar!
