Garlic Dough Balls
These garlic dough balls are the perfect side to any pasta dish, or double the recipe and make a sharing platter with some low calorie dips!
So simple, but soft, fluffy and just the right amount of crispiness.

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Sift the flour and seasonings into a bowl (saving the salt)
Slowly mix in the Greek yoghurt until it forms a dough.
If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of water and continue mixing.
On a clean floured surface, empty your dough out and knead for 2 minutes.
Mould the dough into balls and place on the prepared baking tray.
Brush with the melted butter, top with salt and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Once cooked, allow to cool and serve with your favourite pasta dish.
