Hasselback Potatoes
Hasselback potatoes are the perfect combination of crispy and soft!
Perfect as a replacement for roast potatoes or chips, and the seasonings can be played around with to keep thing's interesting.

For the hasselback potatoes, wash your potatoes thoroughly.
I prefer to leave the skin on (for the fibre) but feel free to peal them if you prefer.
Slice the potatoes about 3/4 of the way through, all along.
If needed, place the potato between 2 knives. This will ensure the slices are even and you don't cut all the way through.
Rub the potatoes with the oil and seasonings, ensuring they are all evenly coated.
I like to cook them in the airfryer for roughly 25 minutes at 190C ,until golden brown and crispy.
Alternatively cook in then oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
Serve with another dish or simply as a snack and enjoy!
