 110 g low far spread - melted
 180 g sugar
 1 eggs
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 110 g self-raising flour
 4 Jammie Dodger biscuits
 4 mini Jammie Dodger biscuits

To start. preheat your oven to 180C and line a square 8" baking tin with parchment paper.

Combine the melted spread with the sugar, and mix until smooth.

Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until light in colour.

Sift in the flour, gently folding it into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and place the biscuits on top, evenly spacing them out.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and leave in the baking tin until cooled.

Slice into 16 equal pieces and enjoy!
