Jerk Seasoning

Jerk is a style of cooking that is native to Jamaica, and is full of exotic flavours and spice! - It should be a staple in everyone's kitchen.
This quick & easy jerk seasoning is perfect as a rub or a marinade for any meat! And it adds that extra flavour without the extra calories.

My favourite is leaving chicken breasts to marinate in it over night, and then grilling them until their nice and crispy!
