 2 tbsp olive oil
 25 ml lemon juice
 200 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
 1 clove of garlic
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
 2 tbsp anchovy paste
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 50 g grated parmesan

1

This dressing couldn't be simpler!

Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until completely smooth - that's it!

Then use it as you wish! I like adding to a warm chicken salad, but I've also used it as a dip for vegetable sticks.

2

Also if you aren't able to find anchovy paste, 1 tinned anchovy works in it's place!
