 60 g reduced fat digestive biscuits
 90 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
 60 g low fat cream cheese
 2 tsp granulated sweetener
Optional Toppings
 jam
 melted chocolate
 fresh fruit

For the mini cheesecake bases, begin by blitzing the digestive biscuits in a food processor until crumbs form.

Scoop even amounts of the crumb mixture into the ramekins and set aside.

To a bowl add the Greek yoghurt, low fat cream cheese & sweetener and mix well.

Again spoon equal amount of the mixture into the ramekins.

Eat straight away, or place in the fridge for a few hours to set.

Top with your favourite toppings & enjoy!
