Overnight Oats

Literally two steps to this recipe, so perfect for any early starts or a quick breakfast to take on the go.
Starting your day with a high protein / high fibre breakfast will keep feeling full until lunchtime, without the need for snacking.

These overnight oats are completely customisable, simply change the fruit/peanut butter for whatever takes your fancy when you're prepping it!

 50 g oats
 100 g 0% fat Greek style yoghurt
 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp honey
 1 tsp peanut butter
 40 g frozen raspberries

The night before, mix all the ingredients together in a sealable bowl.

The next morning, remove from the fridge and mix together to loosen the mixture.

Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
