Sticky Chicken
This sticky chicken recipe is so good, it might actually make you reconsider that takeaway..! High in protein, packed with flavour, and can easily be adjusted to suite your tastes.

Start by cutting your chicken into cubes and setting aside.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok until very hot.
While the oil is heating place your beaten egg in one shallow bowl, and mix your flour and dry seasonings in another.
Dip your chicken pieces into the egg, then dredge it in the seasoned flour. Add to the pan and cook on a high heat for 7-10 minutes, turning to ensure it is cooked evenly on all sides.
When the chicken is just about cooked through and in your mushrooms and cook down for 2-3 minutes.
Remove your chicken and mushrooms from the pan and set aside.
To the same pan, add the white wine vinegar, honey, ketchup, sugar and soy sauce and mix well. It'll bubble and become quite sticky quickly.
Add the chicken and mushrooms back to the pan and toss in the sauce until everything is evenly coated.
Serve with boiled rice, top with the sesame seeds, and enjoy!
