 2 medium potatoes
 5 carrots
 1 medium onion
 2 garlic cloves
 500 ml chicken stock / water

This recipe couldn't be simpler! Simply add all of the ingredients to a large pot & bring to the boil.
Reduce to a simmer & allow to cook until the vegetables are cooked through / soft.

Using a hand-blender, blend the soup smooth & serve with your favourite sandwich!
